1 引言
聚丙烯纖維是一種新型的混凝土增強纖維,被稱為混凝土的“次要加強筋”,適用於路麵橋麵、襯裏護壁、地坪等工程部位,近幾年在我國的市政、公路和建築工程中已有較多應用。從1997年至今,僅在天津道路和橋麵工程中聚丙烯纖維混凝土的用量已達到十幾萬平方米,聚丙烯纖維的總用量近20噸,絕大部分工程應用效果也較好。

2 聚丙烯纖維的阻裂效應

在zai混hun凝ning土tu中zhong摻chan入ru纖xian維wei材cai料liao最zui初chu的de目mu的de就jiu是shi針zhen對dui因yin混hun凝ning土tu抗kang拉la強qiang度du不bu足zu造zao成cheng的de易yi裂lie問wen題ti,纖xian維wei在zai混hun凝ning土tu中zhong的de阻zu裂lie效xiao應ying實shi際ji上shang正zheng是shi提ti高gao了le混hun凝ning土tu抗kang拉la強qiang度du的de表biao現xian,但dan不bu同tong品pin種zhong因yin彈dan性xing模mo量liang、抗拉強度、長徑比、摻(chan)量(liang)等(deng)不(bu)同(tong),在(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)中(zhong)阻(zu)裂(lie)效(xiao)應(ying)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)機(ji)理(li)和(he)效(xiao)果(guo)也(ye)不(bu)相(xiang)同(tong)。鋼(gang)纖(xian)維(wei)的(de)阻(zu)裂(lie)效(xiao)應(ying)體(ti)現(xian)在(zai)阻(zu)止(zhi)硬(ying)化(hua)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)破(po)壞(huai)時(shi)的(de)裂(lie)縫(feng)擴(kuo)展(zhan)上(shang),是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)使(shi)硬(ying)化(hua)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)在(zai)裂(lie)後(hou)仍(reng)能(neng)保(bao)持(chi)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)抗(kang)拉(la)強(qiang)度(du)實(shi)現(xian)的(de),阻(zu)裂(lie)效(xiao)應(ying)作(zuo)用(yong)的(de)結(jie)果(guo)是(shi)提(ti)高(gao)了(le)硬(ying)化(hua)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)變(bian)形(xing)能(neng)力(li),使(shi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)基(ji)材(cai)在(zai)破(po)壞(huai)後(hou)仍(reng)保(bao)持(chi)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)延(yan)性(xing)(假延性),因此,鋼纖維的阻裂能力和纖維彈性模量、界(jie)麵(mian)粘(zhan)結(jie)強(qiang)度(du)和(he)自(zi)身(shen)抗(kang)拉(la)強(qiang)度(du)有(you)關(guan)。而(er)聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)的(de)阻(zu)裂(lie)效(xiao)應(ying)主(zhu)要(yao)體(ti)現(xian)在(zai)消(xiao)除(chu)或(huo)減(jian)輕(qing)了(le)早(zao)期(qi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)中(zhong)原(yuan)生(sheng)裂(lie)隙(xi)的(de)發(fa)生(sheng)和(he)發(fa)展(zhan),簡(jian)單(dan)的(de)理(li)解(jie)可(ke)認(ren)為(wei)是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)提(ti)高(gao)早(zao)期(qi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)抗(kang)拉(la)強(qiang)度(du)實(shi)現(xian)的(de),進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)分(fen)析(xi)結(jie)果(guo)是(shi)聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)鈍(dun)化(hua)了(le)原(yuan)生(sheng)裂(lie)隙(xi)尖(jian)端(duan)的(de)應(ying)力(li)集(ji)中(zhong)、使介質內的應力場更加連續和均勻所至。由於早期混凝土自身的抗拉強度很低,因此,聚丙烯纖維的阻裂能力和纖維的抗拉強度、彈性模量等指標並不明顯相關,而隨纖維細度的增大,混凝土中纖維間距的減小而增強。

3 聚丙烯纖維對混凝土強度的影響
