1 引言
聚丙烯纖維是一種新型的混凝土增強纖維,被稱為混凝土的“次要加強筋”,適用於路麵橋麵、襯裏護壁、地坪等工程部位,近幾年在我國的市政、公路和建築工程中已有較多應用。從1997年至今,僅在天津道路和橋麵工程中聚丙烯纖維混凝土的用量已達到十幾萬平方米,聚丙烯纖維的總用量近20噸,絕大部分工程應用效果也較好。
由於摻入聚丙烯纖維改善了混凝土的品質,使混凝土的綜合使用性能得到提高,美國聯邦公路戰略計劃(SHRP)通過大量試驗研究和工程經驗總結後認為可將聚丙烯纖維等有機纖維增強混凝土當作路麵高性能混凝土的一種。但作者通過和施工、設(she)計(ji)人(ren)員(yuan)的(de)現(xian)場(chang)交(jiao)流(liu),發(fa)現(xian)很(hen)多(duo)工(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員(yuan)對(dui)聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)在(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)中(zhong)的(de)效(xiao)應(ying)認(ren)識(shi)不(bu)足(zu),認(ren)為(wei)聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)的(de)功(gong)能(neng)僅(jin)是(shi)阻(zu)止(zhi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)發(fa)生(sheng)塑(su)裂(lie),而(er)對(dui)硬(ying)化(hua)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)性(xing)能(neng)無(wu)積(ji)極(ji)作(zuo)用(yong),或(huo)者(zhe)將(jiang)聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)和(he)鋼(gang)纖(xian)維(wei)的(de)增(zeng)強(qiang)效(xiao)果(guo)進(jin)行(xing)對(dui)比(bi),以(yi)摻(chan)入(ru)纖(xian)維(wei)對(dui)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)抗(kang)折(zhe)(抗拉)強(qiang)度(du)的(de)提(ti)高(gao)程(cheng)度(du)作(zuo)為(wei)評(ping)價(jia)標(biao)準(zhun)。經(jing)分(fen)析(xi)後(hou)認(ren)為(wei),有(you)關(guan)人(ren)員(yuan)對(dui)聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)功(gong)能(neng)認(ren)識(shi)上(shang)的(de)片(pian)麵(mian)性(xing)主(zhu)要(yao)源(yuan)於(yu)現(xian)行(xing)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)試(shi)驗(yan)評(ping)價(jia)方(fang)法(fa)的(de)局(ju)限(xian)性(xing)和(he)長(chang)期(qi)形(xing)成(cheng)的(de)以(yi)硬(ying)化(hua)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)靜(jing)載(zai)強(qiang)度(du)為(wei)目(mu)標(biao)的(de)思(si)維(wei)定(ding)勢(shi)。本(ben)文(wen)就(jiu)有(you)關(guan)問(wen)題(ti)進(jin)行(xing)討(tao)論(lun),並(bing)闡(chan)述(shu)作(zuo)者(zhe)的(de)看(kan)法(fa)。
2 聚丙烯纖維的阻裂效應
同常用的鋼纖維相比,聚丙烯纖維的特點是細度高(當量直徑0.02-0.1mm)、數量多(0.9kg/m3)的摻量充分分散可獲得700-3000萬根纖維單絲)、在混凝土中的纖維間距小。上述特點使聚丙烯纖維能有效限製早期(塑性期和硬化初期)混凝土由於離析、泌水、收shou縮suo等deng因yin素su形xing成cheng的de原yuan生sheng裂lie隙xi的de發fa生sheng和he發fa展zhan,減jian小xiao原yuan生sheng裂lie隙xi的de數shu量liang和he尺chi度du。而er原yuan生sheng裂lie隙xi通tong常chang是shi混hun凝ning土tu破po壞huai或huo性xing能neng劣lie化hua的de起qi源yuan。從cong此ci角jiao度du理li解jie,可ke認ren為wei聚ju丙bing烯xi纖xian維wei的de上shang述shu阻zu裂lie效xiao應ying的de意yi義yi不bu僅jin在zai於yu有you效xiao地di阻zu止zhi了le早zao期qi混hun凝ning土tu塑su性xing裂lie縫feng的de發fa生sheng和he發fa展zhan,其qi意yi義yi更geng在zai於yu通tong過guo提ti高gao材cai料liao介jie質zhi的de連lian續xu性xing,能neng使shi硬ying化hua後hou混hun凝ning土tu的de性xing能neng得de到dao顯xian著zhu改gai善shan。對dui於yu路lu麵mian和he橋qiao麵mian混hun凝ning土tu,由you於yu所suo承cheng受shou的de彎wan拉la荷he載zai和he反fan複fu衝chong擊ji荷he載zai對dui混hun凝ning土tu內nei原yuan生sheng裂lie隙xi數shu量liang和he尺chi度du的de敏min感gan性xing較jiao高gao,原yuan生sheng裂lie隙xi在zai數shu量liang和he尺chi度du上shang的de減jian小xiao對dui提ti高gao其qi使shi用yong性xing能neng是shi非fei常chang有you利li的de。
存在的問題是:(1)聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)的(de)阻(zu)裂(lie)效(xiao)應(ying)得(de)以(yi)發(fa)揮(hui)的(de)必(bi)要(yao)條(tiao)件(jian)是(shi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)在(zai)硬(ying)化(hua)早(zao)期(qi)同(tong)時(shi)處(chu)於(yu)變(bian)形(xing)受(shou)限(xian)和(he)失(shi)水(shui)收(shou)縮(suo)狀(zhuang)態(tai),而(er)這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)條(tiao)件(jian)室(shi)內(nei)或(huo)現(xian)場(chang)製(zhi)作(zuo)的(de)小(xiao)試(shi)件(jian)並(bing)不(bu)具(ju)備(bei)。這(zhe)種(zhong)差(cha)異(yi)實(shi)際(ji)上(shang)體(ti)現(xian)了(le)用(yong)小(xiao)試(shi)件(jian)評(ping)定(ding)實(shi)際(ji)結(jie)構(gou)物(wu)中(zhong)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)強(qiang)度(du)或(huo)耐(nai)外(wai)性(xing)的(de)不(bu)足(zu)之(zhi)處(chu),對(dui)聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu),這(zhe)種(zhong)傾(qing)向(xiang)性(xing)更(geng)為(wei)明(ming)顯(xian)。其(qi)結(jie)果(guo)造(zao)成(cheng)了(le)對(dui)聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)在(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)中(zhong)作(zuo)用(yong)的(de)低(di)估(gu)。(2)jubingxixianweidezuliexiaoyingshanghennantongguoshiyanjinxingxuandepingjia。suiranyouguanrenyuanmonixianchangtiaojianzhizuolegezhongshiyanzhuangzhijinxingjubingxixianweizuliexiaoyingdeyanjiu,danshougezhongouranyinsudezuoyong,shiyanjieguodezaixianxingbujia。yishangyinsuzaochengleduijubingxixianweishiyongxiaoguodediguherenshishangdemohu。
在(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)中(zhong)摻(chan)入(ru)纖(xian)維(wei)材(cai)料(liao)最(zui)初(chu)的(de)目(mu)的(de)就(jiu)是(shi)針(zhen)對(dui)因(yin)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)抗(kang)拉(la)強(qiang)度(du)不(bu)足(zu)造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)易(yi)裂(lie)問(wen)題(ti),纖(xian)維(wei)在(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)中(zhong)的(de)阻(zu)裂(lie)效(xiao)應(ying)實(shi)際(ji)上(shang)正(zheng)是(shi)提(ti)高(gao)了(le)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)抗(kang)拉(la)強(qiang)度(du)的(de)表(biao)現(xian),但(dan)不(bu)同(tong)品(pin)種(zhong)因(yin)彈(dan)性(xing)模(mo)量(liang)、抗拉強度、長徑比、chanliangdengbutong,zaihunningtuzhongzuliexiaoyingdezuoyongjilihexiaoguoyebuxiangtong。gangxianweidezuliexiaoyingtixianzaizuzhiyinghuahunningtupohuaishideliefengkuozhanshang,shitongguoshiyinghuahunningtuzailiehourengnengbaochiyidingdekanglaqiangdushixiande,zuliexiaoyingzuoyongdejieguoshitigaoleyinghuahunningtudebianxingnengli,shihunningtujicaizaipohuaihourengbaochiyidingdeyanxing(假延性),因此,鋼纖維的阻裂能力和纖維彈性模量、jiemianzhanjieqiangduhezishenkanglaqiangduyouguan。erjubingxixianweidezuliexiaoyingzhuyaotixianzaixiaochuhuojianqinglezaoqihunningtuzhongyuanshengliexidefashenghefazhan,jiandandelijiekerenweishitongguojubingxixianweitigaozaoqihunningtudekanglaqiangdushixiande,jinyibufenxijieguoshijubingxixianweidunhualeyuanshengliexijianduandeyinglijizhong、使介質內的應力場更加連續和均勻所至。由於早期混凝土自身的抗拉強度很低,因此,聚丙烯纖維的阻裂能力和纖維的抗拉強度、彈性模量等指標並不明顯相關,而隨纖維細度的增大,混凝土中纖維間距的減小而增強。
通(tong)過(guo)以(yi)上(shang)分(fen)析(xi)可(ke)見(jian),聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)和(he)鋼(gang)纖(xian)維(wei)的(de)阻(zu)裂(lie)效(xiao)應(ying)不(bu)可(ke)相(xiang)互(hu)替(ti)代(dai),因(yin)分(fen)別(bie)改(gai)善(shan)了(le)不(bu)同(tong)時(shi)期(qi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)性(xing)能(neng)。對(dui)於(yu)路(lu)麵(mian)橋(qiao)麵(mian)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu),鋼(gang)纖(xian)維(wei)在(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)裂(lie)後(hou)方(fang)能(neng)發(fa)揮(hui)的(de)阻(zu)裂(lie)效(xiao)應(ying)並(bing)無(wu)實(shi)際(ji)的(de)意(yi)義(yi),而(er)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)在(zai)早(zao)期(qi)易(yi)發(fa)生(sheng)塑(su)性(xing)開(kai)裂(lie)的(de)性(xing)能(neng)缺(que)陷(xian)卻(que)可(ke)通(tong)過(guo)摻(chan)入(ru)聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)加(jia)以(yi)解(jie)決(jue)或(huo)改(gai)善(shan)。
