隨sui著zhe中zhong國guo城cheng鎮zhen化hua進jin程cheng的de不bu斷duan發fa展zhan,城cheng市shi人ren口kou必bi然ran越yue來lai越yue多duo,而er城cheng市shi土tu地di卻que越yue用yong越yue少shao。為wei緩huan解jie城cheng市shi發fa展zhan的de迫po切qie需xu要yao,對dui城cheng市shi地di下xia空kong間jian的de大da規gui模mo開kai發fa已yi成cheng必bi然ran趨qu勢shi。地di下xia鐵tie道dao,以yi它ta的de快kuai速su、正點、安全、舒適、大運量、低能耗、小汙染的優點越來越為城市居民所青睞,可望成為2l世紀城市公共交通的主要工具。 目前盾構法施工已成為城市軟土地層中修建地下隧道、guandaogongchengzhuyaofangfa。zaidungoufazhong,youruoganyuzhiguanpianhuoqikuaipinzhuangerchengsuidaochenqijiegouti,guanpianbixumanzugongchengjiegoudeqiangduhegangduyaoqiu,manzugongchengsuotichudeanquanzhiliangzhibiaoyaoqiu,zheshidesuidaochenqijiegoudeshejixiangdangfuza,congerchenqicailiaodexuanzejiuxiandefeichangzhongyao。 jinguanyongdungoufashigongdesuidaoyiyouyibaiduoniandelishi,danxiandaigangjinhunningtuguanpianzainaijiuxinganquandufangmianrengcunzaizhuduolingrenbuandewenti。muqianwoguotumugongchengshigupinfanfasheng,shijiefanweineidedizhen、暴bao風feng等deng自zi然ran災zai害hai也ye對dui很hen多duo建jian築zhu物wu和he結jie構gou造zao成cheng不bu同tong程cheng度du的de損sun傷shang,已yi經jing引yin起qi人ren們men對dui於yu重zhong大da工gong程cheng安an全quan性xing的de關guan心xin和he重zhong視shi。通tong過guo對dui結jie構gou性xing能neng進jin行xing監jian測ce和he診zhen斷duan,及ji時shi地di發fa現xian結jie構gou的de損sun傷shang,對dui可ke能neng出chu現xian的de災zai害hai進jin行xing預yu測ce,評ping估gu其qi安an全quan性xing已yi經jing成cheng為wei未wei來lai工gong程cheng的de必bi然ran要yao求qiu,也ye是shi土tu木mu工gong程cheng學xue科ke發fa展zhan的de一yi個ge重zhong要yao領ling域yu。 因此本文從複合纖維混凝土管片代替傳統鋼筋混凝土管片角度出發,進行了複合纖維混凝土管片的性能研究,同時通過上海地鐵的M6xianfuhexianweishaojinhunningtuguanpianshiyanduananquanxingzaixianjiance,fenxiyanjiulefuhexianweishaojinhunningtuguanpiananquanxingnengyujiancejishu,bingtongguoshuzhimoniyujianceshujujinxinglebidui,jinyibuweifuhexianweihunningtuguanpiandeshejitigongkexuedeyiju。 研究內容有如下三個方麵: 1、複合纖維混凝土管片的力學性能研究 通過鋼纖維混凝土、聚丙烯混凝土、聚合物結構纖維混凝土、複合纖維混凝土的一係列試驗,分析了複合纖維中高彈模鋼纖維和低彈模聚丙烯纖維各自對混凝土性能的影響;yanjiuledanxingmoliangjieyugangxianweiyujubingxixianweizhijiandejuhewujiegouxianweiduihunningtuxingnengyingxiangdeyanjiu,yongbutongchanlianghunningtuyugudingchanlianggangxianweihunningtujinxingtongcanshubijiao,xunzhaoketidaigangxianweidezuijiachanliang;同時考慮複合纖維摻量變化及鋼纖維長徑比變化對混凝土性能的影響,研究通過變化鋼纖維的摻量來複合纖維混凝土的力學性能變化;分析了複合纖維高性能混凝土的破壞過程及其在不同受力狀態破壞機理;分析研究了複合纖維混凝土管片的彎曲力學性能。 2、盾構隧道管片安全性在線監測技術研究 根據上海市地鐵M6線(xian)藍(lan)村(cun)路(lu)站(zhan)至(zhi)浦(pu)電(dian)路(lu)站(zhan)區(qu)間(jian)複(fu)合(he)纖(xian)維(wei)少(shao)筋(jin)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)管(guan)片(pian)試(shi)驗(yan)段(duan)的(de)健(jian)康(kang)監(jian)測(ce)數(shu)據(ju),分(fen)析(xi)研(yan)究(jiu)了(le)盾(dun)構(gou)隧(sui)道(dao)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)管(guan)片(pian)的(de)安(an)全(quan)性(xing)在(zai)線(xian)監(jian)測(ce)技(ji)術(shu)。介(jie)紹(shao)並(bing)研(yan)究(jiu)了(le)隧(sui)道(dao)管(guan)片(pian)在(zai)盾(dun)構(gou)施(shi)工(gong)階(jie)段(duan)複(fu)雜(za)應(ying)力(li)工(gong)況(kuang)下(xia)應(ying)變(bian)膜(mo)的(de)安(an)全(quan)性(xing)裂(lie)縫(feng)預(yu)警(jing)技(ji)術(shu);suidaoguanpianzaidungoujituolidunweihouxiangduijingtaigongkuangxiadezhenxianshigangjinyinglijiheguangxianguangzhachuanganqizuhejiancejishu,tongshitongguogaizuhejiancejishuyeweifuhexianweihunningtuguanpianzaidungousuidaodeyingyongtigongleanquanxingpinggudeyiju,bingweifuhexianweishaojinhunningtuguanpianzaishejishangjileilejingyan。 3、盾構隧道管片的數值模擬分析 由於地層情況、施shi工gong狀zhuang態tai各ge種zhong條tiao件jian比bi較jiao複fu雜za,不bu同tong地di段duan的de隧sui道dao管guan片pian在zai實shi施shi監jian測ce時shi所suo獲huo取qu的de數shu據ju常chang常chang相xiang差cha較jiao大da,為wei了le能neng構gou更geng好hao的de利li用yong已yi采cai集ji的de安an全quan性xing在zai線xian監jian測ce數shu據ju,采cai用yong上shang海hai地di鐵tieM6xianlancunluzhanzhipudianluzhanqujianfuhexianweishaojinhunningtuguanpianshiyanduandejibenxinxijinxingcanshushezhi,tongguotongjishuguangruanjianduiditiesuidaoputonghunningtuchenqiguanpianjinxingleshuzhimonijisuan,tongshicaiyongANSYS軟件對試驗段管片進行了不同工況下的有限元分析,以便該段實際安全性監測數據相互參照。
