1 引言
聚丙烯纖維是一種新型的混凝土增強纖維,被稱為混凝土的“次要加強筋”,適用於路麵橋麵、襯裏護壁、地坪等工程部位,近幾年在我國的市政、公路和建築工程中已有較多應用。從1997年至今,僅在天津道路和橋麵工程中聚丙烯纖維混凝土的用量已達到十幾萬平方米,聚丙烯纖維的總用量近20噸,絕大部分工程應用效果也較好。
由於摻入聚丙烯纖維改善了混凝土的品質,使混凝土的綜合使用性能得到提高,美國聯邦公路戰略計劃(SHRP)通過大量試驗研究和工程經驗總結後認為可將聚丙烯纖維等有機纖維增強混凝土當作路麵高性能混凝土的一種。但作者通過和施工、設(she)計(ji)人(ren)員(yuan)的(de)現(xian)場(chang)交(jiao)流(liu),發(fa)現(xian)很(hen)多(duo)工(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員(yuan)對(dui)聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)在(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)中(zhong)的(de)效(xiao)應(ying)認(ren)識(shi)不(bu)足(zu),認(ren)為(wei)聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)的(de)功(gong)能(neng)僅(jin)是(shi)阻(zu)止(zhi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)發(fa)生(sheng)塑(su)裂(lie),而(er)對(dui)硬(ying)化(hua)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)性(xing)能(neng)無(wu)積(ji)極(ji)作(zuo)用(yong),或(huo)者(zhe)將(jiang)聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)和(he)鋼(gang)纖(xian)維(wei)的(de)增(zeng)強(qiang)效(xiao)果(guo)進(jin)行(xing)對(dui)比(bi),以(yi)摻(chan)入(ru)纖(xian)維(wei)對(dui)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)抗(kang)折(zhe)(抗拉)qiangdudetigaochengduzuoweipingjiabiaozhun。jingfenxihourenwei,youguanrenyuanduijubingxixianweigongnengrenshishangdepianmianxingzhuyaoyuanyuxianxinghunningtushiyanpingjiafangfadejuxianxinghechangqixingchengdeyiyinghuahunningtujingzaiqiangduweimubiaodesiweidingshi。benwenjiuyouguanwentijinxingtaolun,bingchanshuzuozhedekanfa。
2 聚丙烯纖維的阻裂效應
同常用的鋼纖維相比,聚丙烯纖維的特點是細度高(當量直徑0.02-0.1mm)、數量多(0.9kg/m3)的摻量充分分散可獲得700-3000萬根纖維單絲)、在混凝土中的纖維間距小。上述特點使聚丙烯纖維能有效限製早期(塑性期和硬化初期)混凝土由於離析、泌水、收(shou)縮(suo)等(deng)因(yin)素(su)形(xing)成(cheng)的(de)原(yuan)生(sheng)裂(lie)隙(xi)的(de)發(fa)生(sheng)和(he)發(fa)展(zhan),減(jian)小(xiao)原(yuan)生(sheng)裂(lie)隙(xi)的(de)數(shu)量(liang)和(he)尺(chi)度(du)。而(er)原(yuan)生(sheng)裂(lie)隙(xi)通(tong)常(chang)是(shi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)破(po)壞(huai)或(huo)性(xing)能(neng)劣(lie)化(hua)的(de)起(qi)源(yuan)。從(cong)此(ci)角(jiao)度(du)理(li)解(jie),可(ke)認(ren)為(wei)聚(ju)丙(bing)烯(xi)纖(xian)維(wei)的(de)上(shang)述(shu)阻(zu)裂(lie)效(xiao)應(ying)的(de)意(yi)義(yi)不(bu)僅(jin)在(zai)於(yu)有(you)效(xiao)地(di)阻(zu)止(zhi)了(le)早(zao)期(qi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)塑(su)性(xing)裂(lie)縫(feng)的(de)發(fa)生(sheng)和(he)發(fa)展(zhan),其(qi)意(yi)義(yi)更(geng)在(zai)於(yu)通(tong)過(guo)提(ti)高(gao)材(cai)料(liao)介(jie)質(zhi)的(de)連(lian)續(xu)性(xing),能(neng)使(shi)硬(ying)化(hua)後(hou)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)性(xing)能(neng)得(de)到(dao)顯(xian)著(zhu)改(gai)善(shan)。對(dui)於(yu)路(lu)麵(mian)和(he)橋(qiao)麵(mian)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu),由(you)於(yu)所(suo)承(cheng)受(shou)的(de)彎(wan)拉(la)荷(he)載(zai)和(he)反(fan)複(fu)衝(chong)擊(ji)荷(he)載(zai)對(dui)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)內(nei)原(yuan)生(sheng)裂(lie)隙(xi)數(shu)量(liang)和(he)尺(chi)度(du)的(de)敏(min)感(gan)性(xing)較(jiao)高(gao),原(yuan)生(sheng)裂(lie)隙(xi)在(zai)數(shu)量(liang)和(he)尺(chi)度(du)上(shang)的(de)減(jian)小(xiao)對(dui)提(ti)高(gao)其(qi)使(shi)用(yong)性(xing)能(neng)是(shi)非(fei)常(chang)有(you)利(li)的(de)。
